About CAUSA
Founded in 2026, our law firm brings together three partners with complementary backgrounds, who developed a trusted working relationship within a previous practice. This new firm was born from a shared ambition: to offer a more human, modern and accessible approach to the practice of law, while maintaining a high level of legal expertise.
As a small, close-knit firm, we prioritise personalised support and direct communication with the lawyer handling each case. We place particular importance on listening, availability and understanding the specific circumstances and concerns of each of our clients, whether they are entrepreneurs, public authorities or private individuals.
The firm practises in most areas of law, drawing on the diverse expertise of its partners and associates. This complementarity enables us to offer a comprehensive and tailored approach to a wide range of legal matters, both in advisory work and litigation.
We have also developed close relationships with several partner law firms in Belgium and abroad, enabling us to assist our clients with matters involving both national and international law.
Our priority is to provide concrete, effective solutions tailored to our clients’ interests. Each matter is subject to a thorough initial assessment in order to identify the most appropriate course of action: conflict prevention, negotiation, conciliation, mediation, expert assessment or, where necessary, judicial proceedings or arbitration.
Our work is also firmly grounded in strict compliance with our professional ethical obligations, as well as complete transparency regarding fees and costs from the outset of each matter, in accordance with the recommendations of the French-speaking Brussels Bar Association.
The firm’s working languages are French, Dutch, English and Arabic.
