Caroline Perrier

A graduate of Université Jean Moulin Lyon 3, Caroline Perrier has been a member of the Brussels Bar since 2007.

She primarily assists clients in family law, particularly in matters relating to separation, divorce and parentage, as well as in lease law and road traffic law.

Throughout her practice, Caroline Perrier has developed the conviction that judicial proceedings are not always the most appropriate way to resolve a dispute. Keen to offer her clients constructive and lasting solutions, she completed a two-year training programme with PMR – Europe and became a certified mediator in 2024, specialising in civil, commercial and family matters.

She acts as a mediator, either independently or in co-mediation, in a private setting as well as within a family planning centre, where she also provides legal consultations.

Caroline Perrier also regularly works with schools. She informs young people about their rights and engages with parents, through “parent cafés”, on various issues relating to family law.

Attentive to each client, she takes the time to understand their situation, priorities and expectations, in order to guide them towards the most appropriate course of action, whether this involves negotiation, mediation or judicial proceedings.

In 2026, she joined the law firm CAUSA.
