Juvenile law concerns minors who are at risk or who have committed offences.

These are situations in which a young person, due to their family environment or personal circumstances, is unable to develop in a healthy and balanced manner.

In such cases, external support is necessary. This may take the form of various measures concerning the child and/or the parents, either agreed to voluntarily with the assistance of the youth support services, or imposed by the Court.
