Civil, commercial and family mediation
Mediation is an alternative method of amicable conflict resolution. It is a voluntary and confidential process that allows parties involved in a dispute to work together—with the assistance of a specially trained, neutral, independent, and impartial mediator—to reach a mutually agreed-upon solution.
Mediation offers many advantages, including the following:
Fast and cost-effective: Mediation reduces costs and time compared to court proceedings.
Confidential: Discussions remain private and take place in a secure setting.
Human-centered and sustainable: It takes into account the relationships between the parties and promotes a solution tailored to each party’s needs.
Participatory: the parties develop a solution themselves, which promotes its acceptance and compliance.
Regulated by law: mediation is recognized and regulated by the Judicial Code.
Legally binding: with a certified mediator, the agreement can be approved by the court and become enforceable.
